Entries open for the DUKE Stages
plus Prize Draw
Druidale Motor Club are pleased to announce that Regulations are now
available for the 2009 DUKE Stages.
These are attached to this email along with other relevant documentation
you may need to complete your entry, these are also available from the
club website,
www.drudialemc.org.im
Should you wish to pick up a paper copy of the Regulations (Entry Form) you may do so from early next week at Eurocars Motorsport (Peel Road, Douglas).
Once again Druidale Motor Club are offering an Online Entry facility and a link to this is available from the club website, or by going to http://duke2009.rallies.info/webentry.php . Payment may also be made using Internet Banking, transferring the entry fee direct into the clubs account. Alternatively a cheque may be forwarded to the Entries Secretary by normal means.
Entries will remain open at the Normal Rate, £195, until Friday 4th September at 7pm and at a Late Rate, £295, up to Sunday 13th September also at 7pm. Please take note as stipulated in the Regulations, entries will be accepted on a first come basis, with the maximum being 45 plus reserves. An entry will NOT be classed as accepted until accompanied by the correct payment.
The event is Round 5 of the Eurocars Motorsport Manx Rally Championship and also Round 21 of the ANWCC Championship.
PRIZE DRAW
Finally, as an incentive to competitors to get their entries in early, the organisors are offering the chance to win back half your entry fee. Anyone who submits a fully paid up entry prior to Friday 29th August at 7pm will be entered into a draw and have the chance to receive £97.50 back, subject to a minimum of 20 entries being received.
It is also worth noting
that although a entry may be submitted with cheque payment, this will
not be banked until closer the event.
